CANCEL BED TAX-MOVE MONTANA HERITAGE CENTER HERE-$45M Helena project now financed by STATEWIDE bed tax increase. Here, use 15% for arts in OUR $100M trust controlled by Governor. Washington, Town Pump & other foundations can match us 2-for-1…$45M FOR GOOD BSB & UNION JOBS HERE! [If too late, I still say cancel bed tax, & I say let’s build our OWN museum here-with OUR TRUST

State law allows the URA to do LOTS of stuff-festival support; ARTS support; extra police (or private security); more street cleaning; improved “look” via lighting & theme painted poles & sidewalks ALL fixed; bigger better GRANTS & loans to small fry,
etc.
WE are doing the PAYING INTO URA, and therefore WE should control the spending.
WE should also have the RIGHT to some COMMUNITY BASED BUDGETING at BSB
